In my weakest moments Fear creep slowly into my soul, barring love and bliss from entering their home, the heart, where life and happiness wish to live and protect me from pain and loneliness.

Fear erects a blinding wall of light around me, thinking to be on a noble crusade of protection. But, truly, she is an unwanted invader and builds a prison to lock me in, killing all hopes for a time when she will surrender and retreat before it is too late; before all life has left and my heart no longer beats with love’s anticipation and joy.
